Return and refund policy

All our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans, which means each item is one-of-a-kind, with subtle variations that make it unique. An irregular weave, print, or stitch should not be considered a flaw, as handcrafted products do not offer the same uniformity as machine-made items. Despite these natural differences, SUTRAM Handmade stands by the quality of our creations and offers returns and exchanges under certain conditions.

Return/Exchange Policy:

  • We offer a 48-hour Exchange/Return policy. You have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt and relevant proof, such as an unboxing video.

  • The return/exchange shipping cost is your responsibility. We do not cover the return shipping charges.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that have not been pre-approved.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at sutramhandmade@gmail.com.
